Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges and returns on full price items within 14 days of purchase. Your items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags attached. Unfortunately, we will not accept returned items that do not meet these conditions.

White Story do not offer exchanges, returns or credit notes for layby and sales / markdown items, these transactions are considered final. We will issue an exchange, return or credit note if the item is deemed faulty. Full priced items purchased with a promotional discount code or automatic discount are not eligible for return.

Customers residing outside of Australia may need to pay duties and taxes on an exchange, these costs are to be incurred by the customer.

All purchases made in-store are subject to our terms stated on the receipt. White Story will gladly provide an exchange or credit note on items not worn, used or stained within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases. Please provide proof of purchase. Any items that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.

How to return your pieces:

To initiate the return of your piece please email shop@whitestory.com.au with the reason for return. Upon reply and confirmation of return process please re-pack the item/s and post to 48 Kelso St, Cremorne, VIC 3121.

For additional peace of mind we recommend you return your pieces via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service with note of your tracking number. White Story is not liable for the loss of garments during the return process and we do not cover the cost of shipping for items being returned.

Receiving your refund:

A confirmation email will be sent from White Story upon receiving your goods and approving your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. For customers who reside outside of Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through White Story however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited to your account upon receipt of pieces.
